SLACKLINE YOGA is a balancing practice on a one (or two)-inch piece of webbing suspended off the ground. Slackline is a practical means of meditation; the moment you step onto the line there is only that breath, that moment, or there is the ground. Slackline as a practice expands into longline, highline (video above), trickline, and waterline.
We are YOGASLACKERS TEACHERS We encourage a fun environment to support growing communities with a focus on safety, technique, and mindfulness.
WE OFFER Retreats, Weekend Intensives, 3-week Series Classes, and Festival Classes for beginners and beyond.
SEMI-PRIVATE or PRIVATE LESSONS begin with a 2 hour Intro Session. We believe slackline yoga is about having fun, challenging your edges, connection, and trust in a safe environment! We teach building excellent technique of yoga poses, transitions, and walking the line; all with controlled exits.
